SPECIFICATIONS FOR TUBLINERS:

TUBLINER: Coextruded Monsanto 752 ABS (acrylanytril butadine styrene)/
AutoHaas Plexiglass DR (durable rubber) Acrylic, .270 thickness

ADHESIVE: Adco WT-64 windshield replacement butyl tape

ADHESIVE PRIMER: Corrpro black Polyken primer #1027

SEALANT: American Sealants Inc 100% silicone elastome with mildicide to
inhibit mildew growth

SEALANT PRIMER: Dow Corning #1205 colorless prime coat

CLEANER: Denatured alcohol solvent

WASTE PACKAGE: Watco push-pull tub closure and overflow plate in chrome,
bushing (as necessary) is solid brass

MANUFACTURING: Upon baking the DR/ABS Acrylic sheet to approximately
328 degrees, the sheet is thermoformed to a mold. The mold is the same shape
as the bathtub to be lined- determined by jobsite measurements. Thermoforming is the process of vacuuming the air out of the mold, thereby pulling the heated sheet and malleable sheet to the same contours of the mold. Our cooling process helps to eliminate stress. Then the tubliner is prepped for shipping.
