BUSINESS STRATEGY: Bathmax, Inc. is not a franchising company. We do not allow "protected territories" with demanded sales volumes or royalties. We do not force a particular marketing technique or sales pitch. We do not expect our products to be used on every sale. In fact, were pretty certain once a dealer understands the simplicity of our system and the benefits of quality products, many will look elsewhere for alternative suppliers. That is certainly an option, we hope they continue to use our suggested products. Weve done our homework! Each item has been carefully researched over the years and proven to be of a quality homeowners want at an affordable (and agreeable) price. Bathmax, Inc. offers a licensing agreement. The particulars will be available at the Kitchen And Bath Industry Show, Booth 5191, McCormick Place, Chicago IL on April 7-9, 2000. There will be a simple annual fee to the licensee. A license will allow licensees to use the Bathmax name, logo, caricatures, advertising media and copyright rights to Bathmax photographs. Bathmax will grant the right to use policies and procedures that are proven to work for Bathmax. Bathmax will advise new businesses of steps required by law (of a basic nature, were not attorneys!) to start operating. Bathmax will share systems for marketing, advertising and selling a complete bathroom renovation. Bathmax shows how to place an order that has all the parts needed for each job. Bathmax gives licensees a step up in training through Liners Direct, Inc. the acrylic manufacturer of the tubliners, shower liners, wall surrounds and other accessories. Bathmax will continue with technical support and training as long as a dealer has any questions or concerns. It will also entitle licensees first right of refusal to have a lucrative Liners Direct, Inc. distributorship for open regions. These are some of the benefits to affiliate with the Bathmax business strategy. Bathmax has done so much of the legwork in running a successful business, that complete bathroom renovating should be a snap. But of course, Bathmax can not guarantee a particular result- that depends on the effort put forth by each entrepreneur. SALES: 1. Every sales person has an easy-flow pitch book and sample bags. 2. Every bath is professionally reviewed and offered the necessary steps to properly renovate AND maximize the sale. 3. Once the bath system neutral color is selected, limited color selections of the remaining fixtures is offered so the customer is not overwhelmed. 4. Be first- and last-stop on the first visit- don't let another talk them out of your company because of one or two limitations! 5. Don't be afraid; ask for the order! ORDER: 1. With a one-stop checklist, be prepared for the customer's project. 2. Write just one check for all the parts. 3. Know when to schedule your customer's project. 4. Don't be afraid; call with any questions! INSTALL: 1. Once all products arrive in one shipment, the bathroom can be completed in just two days. 2. Three trips to the hardware store (before lunch) are a thing of the past. 3. Professional appearance for your company is easily achieved. 4. Don't be afraid; most processes in the bathroom are simple to learn! SERVICE: 1. It's a final matter of the process to present the customer with a through warrant and tips on maintaining all the bathroom items. 2. Know where, when and how to market and how to build a referral base. 3. Don't be afraid; customers rarely feel over-serviced. -As always, you and Mark have been so helpful. Thank you so much. MICHIGAN -I, being a refinisher, was not real interested in (tub)liners but I sold a local motel 29 of them ...so I had to go learn how to put them in. After seeing and doing the training, I believe. The product and system is solid if you will just do what you are supposed to do... Some of you will profess to not have the time or money, well, sell that somewhere else! The day I get to [sic] busy to grow my business is the day to get out. This was not solicited by Liners Direct...it is just my way of passing on a good thing to everyone else. KANSAS |
